Sales Coordinator - The Quandel Group
Candidate will be a part of the business development and marketing team and responsibilities will include assistance with sales, architect/client nurturing, assisting and attending conferences, community and client event organization/participation, speaking engagements, proposals, presentations and other internal/external marketing efforts.
A degree in a communications/marketing related field and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is important. Successful candidates will need to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients, be team oriented, be an excellent written and verbal communicator and able to function in a faced paced deadline driven atmosphere. Experience in a construction, architectural or similar professional services firm is also a plus.

Qualifications Requested: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for development of proposals, qualification statements, and other marketing materials. Candidate must have strong skills in writing, editing, proofreading, and page layout related to desktop publishing. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle deadline pressures. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred, with at least 5 years experience (consulting industry-specific preferred). Essential Skills and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in A/E/C, business administration, marketing or related field preferred * Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience with at least 2 years in the sales/marketing function, preferred * Demonstrated ability to forecast, formulate and implement strategic business plans * Outstanding communication and presentation skills * Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines * Strong interpersonal, influencing and sales skills * Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with a variety of individuals including business owners and senior executives * Ability to travel periodically.
